“It sold rather quickly,” agent Bill Thom said. “There was one good offer and that’s all it takes.”

Facing the street is an attached double garage, as well as a formal living room and an office with a side entrance.

The agent’s take

“It’s on a cul de sac, so it’s really quiet and tucked away,” Mr. Thom said. “And it has tableland and the view is spectacular.”

Buyers also appreciated how this home’s design capitalized on the setting. “Usually when you have a ravine lot like this, the home would only have two [main floor] rooms and two bedrooms facing the ravine,” Mr. Thom said.

“[Here], you have three rooms on the main floor facing the ravine, [as do] the upper floor and the basement. So there are a lot of windows exposed to the ravine, which is great.”
