Today’s Mars-Mercury link will encourage you to be more assertive, which is good, but there is also a danger that you will go too far and get aggressive for no good reason. Be confident by all means but don’t say things you may later regret.
CANCER (June 22 - July 23):
You may be unaware of the fact but someone you work or do business with resents your popularity and success. For that reason alone you would be wise to question what others tell you today. Don’t make it easy for them to make you look bad.
LEO (July 24 - Aug. 23):
If you offer someone an inch don’t be surprised if they take a mile. Some people cannot resist being greedy, especially when they think no one will stand up to them. You’re hardly “no one” though, you’re a Leo, so don’t offer them anything at all!
VIRGO (Aug. 24 - Sept. 23):
You are not short of energy and enthusiasm at the moment but today’s cosmic picture warns you may be short of common sense, so think before you act and, if there are any doubts in your mind, maybe don’t act at all. What’s the rush?
LIBRA (Sept. 24 - Oct. 23):
Anyone who is unable to think and act as quickly as you do will be in for a rough ride today. You have no time, and no inclination, to carry passengers. Push yourself hard but push friends, family and work colleagues hard as well.
SCORPIO (Oct. 24 - Nov. 22):
If someone says something damaging about you today you must, of course, hit back and let everyone know it isn’t true. Beyond that you need to find out why they thought it necessary to make an enemy of you. It’s hardly a smart move.
SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 23 - Dec. 21):
You can, if you wish, use scare tactics to get people to do things for you today but it would be a lot simpler, and more efficient, to use your considerable charm. Why risk making enemies when you can just as easily make friends and allies?
CAPRICORN (Dec. 22 - Jan. 20):
Mars in your sign makes you hugely assertive and with communications planet Mercury coming into the picture as well you must watch what you say over the next 24 hours. Keep your tongue in check or it could get you into lots of trouble.
AQUARIUS (Jan. 21 - Feb. 19):
It may feel as if you are losing control of events but how can you lose control of them when they were never yours to direct in the first place? Stop worrying and start enjoying life again. If you’re not smiling then you’re not doing it right!
PISCES (Feb. 20 - Mar. 20):
You may be enthusiastic about a new plan or project but don’t fall into the trap of thinking that enthusiasm alone will be enough to see it through to completion. Work with people who share your ambitions. There’s strength in numbers.
