IF TODAY IS YOUR BIRTHDAY

A new moon on your birthday makes this the perfect day to start a new project or even a whole new way of life. If there is something you have dreamed of doing for months or even years then do it now. Just act and let the universe guide you.

ARIES (March 21 - April 20):

Jupiter in the wealth area of your chart means there is every chance you will come into money, but there is also a chance that you will lose what you gain by wasting it buying things for people who are too cheap to pay for themselves. Wise up!

TAURUS (April 21 - May 21):

Someone you work with will offer you some excellent advice today but because it is not what you were hoping to hear you may be tempted to ignore it. That would be a serious mistake. Don’t let your ego blind you to reality.

GEMINI (May 22 - June 21):

A new moon in the most dynamic area of your chart means you will be tempted to go faster than ever today, but as you are racing ahead at top speed already that could be a dangerous thing to do. Try moving at a more sensible pace.

CANCER (June 22 - July 23):

Anything is possible for you now but that does not mean you should try to do everything. If you want to get the most from the next few days you must focus your energy in a single direction and put secondary interests on hold for a while.

LEO (July 24 - Aug. 23):

Why are you attaching so much importance to things that only a few days ago would have meant nothing to you at all? Whatever the reason you need to get over it, and quickly. Attitude is everything, so start thinking and acting in more positive ways.

VIRGO (Aug. 24 - Sept. 23):

You may be eager to start something new and you know it could be a big success, but can you afford to take on such a costly commitment? You don’t have to give up on your dream but you do have to bring it down to earth a little.

LIBRA (Sept. 24 - Oct. 23):

A lot of good things are coming your way and today’s new moon in your sign is sure to bring something, or someone, into your life that makes you believe the good times will never end. They must, one day, of course, but for now just enjoy!

SCORPIO (Oct. 24 - Nov. 22):

Jupiter in your sign endows you with a surplus of optimism and self-belief and if you are smart you will spread some of it around to people who don’t possess your amazingly positive outlook on life. Remember, what you give you get back tenfold.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 23 - Dec. 21):

A good deed you did for a friend will be paid back in full today, with a little extra added as a “thank you” from the universe. If you get out into the world and meet new people there will be many more days like this in the future.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22 - Jan. 20):

Be careful what you choose to believe today because there are a lot of strange ideas doing the rounds at the moment. Yes, sometimes there really are plots and conspiracies to watch out for, but don’t start believing that everyone is out to get you!

AQUARIUS (Jan. 21 - Feb. 19):

The sun in Libra is an excellent influence for you and today’s new moon will be the cosmic icing on the cake. Self-belief is a wonderful thing and you have so much of it now that almost anything is possible. Note that word “almost” though!

PISCES (Feb. 20 - Mar. 20):

It’s not often you take silly risks but you could do so today, and if there is money involved you could end up making the kind of loss you cannot afford. Stick with what you’ve got and be happy with that. You’re still doing better than most.
