IF TODAY IS YOUR BIRTHDAY

The message of your birthday chart this year is that you should throw yourself into social activities and not worry too much about more “serious” matters. They may be a big deal for you now but new friendships will make them look small.

ARIES (March 21 - April 20):

You may think that giving up on something is the only course of action left open to you, but it isn’t true. The approaching new moon means it might be wise to wait a while. Chances are you will be thinking more clearly come this time tomorrow.

TAURUS (April 21 - May 21):

Can you trust what other people tell you? Probably not. The planets warn that even partners and loved ones are giving you bad information. They may not be doing it on purpose, of course, but you still need to err on the side of caution.

GEMINI (May 22 - June 21):

Once again you seem to be worrying about something that you have no way of changing – which is pointless. Fate will guide you in whatever direction you are destined to take, so stop worrying, sit back and enjoy the ride. It WILL be fun!

CANCER (June 22 - July 23):

Deep down you know that money and possessions are of little worth, but you still need to put food on the table and that means you must get your financial act together as soon as possible. Get loved ones to help you – they will if you ask.

LEO (July 24 - Aug. 23):

You may be tempted to get involved in a friend’s domestic situation today but the planets warn that nothing good will come of it, so keep your distance. The best way to help them is to let them learn from their own mistakes and experiences.

VIRGO (Aug. 24 - Sept. 23):

You have noticed a distinct difference in the direction your life seems to be taking in recent weeks. Don’t fight it. Life moves in cycles and no part of the cycle is better or worse than the part that went before. Live in and for the moment.

LIBRA (Sept. 24 - Oct. 23):

There is an urgency about you now that was lacking earlier in the year and it will grow even stronger when the moon is new in your sign tomorrow. But don’t let your desire to get things done cloud your judgment. Avoid making silly mistakes.

SCORPIO (Oct. 24 - Nov. 22):

If you play hard to get over the next 24 hours you will send just about everyone you know the wrong kind of signal. Make an effort to show people, especially those in positions of power, that you are still in the game and still hungry for success.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 23 - Dec. 21):

By all means plan something new but don’t start on it just yet. Tomorrow’s new moon will bring to light information that could see you changing your plans, to your benefit, at the last possible moment, so the less you do today the better.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22 - Jan. 20):

It’s good that you have the confidence to take risks but that does not mean you should start taking them wildly. Tomorrow’s new moon in the career area of your chart, the effects of which you will start feeling today, will point you in the right direction.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 21 - Feb. 19):

You may be tempted to end a partnership or relationship that has been nothing but trouble of late but is that such a wise move? Give it a day or two before you say or do anything you might later regret. Maybe it’s still worth keeping alive.

PISCES (Feb. 20 - Mar. 20):

The most important thing now is that you don’t let vague fears and forebodings hold you back from doing what you want to do. Is this the only life we live? Who knows, but act as if it is. Don’t let today, or any other day, go to waste.
