IF TODAY IS YOUR BIRTHDAY

Social activities are under good influences on your birthday and if you make more of an effort to get out into the world and get involved you will enjoy the next 12 months immensely. And remember, there doesn’t have to be a reason for everything you do.

ARIES (March 21 - April 20):

The recent new moon in the travel area of your chart suggested that you will get more from life if you are on the move. And with Venus in the romance area of your chart there could be a new love affair too. Lucky you!

TAURUS (April 21 - May 21):

What you have been telling yourself you desire is not what you truly desire deep down in the part of your mind that knows what is best for you. Be calm and listen to what your inner voice tells you today. Then act on what you learn.

GEMINI (May 22 - June 21):

The efforts you have put in over the past few weeks should be paying off by now and with luck you will continue to enjoy good fortune right up until the sun leaves your sign on the 21st. How’s that masterpiece coming along? Finish it now.

CANCER (June 22 - July 23):

If someone needs your help you will rush to their assistance with no questions asked. But first make sure that they really do need a helping hand. If you do something for them that they wanted to do for themselves you may not be popular.

LEO (July 24 - Aug. 23):

A friendship that has been through a tough time of late will start to come good again over the next few days. But if you want it to stay good you must rein in your ego a bit and not try to micro manage every little thing they do.

VIRGO (Aug. 24 - Sept. 23):

It may seem as if your time and energy has been wasted following a particular course of action but even if that is true you have also gained in other ways. In the greater scheme of things no effort is truly pointless. Everything has a meaning.

LIBRA (Sept. 24 - Oct. 23):

You must not cling to old ideas and old ways of doing things simply out of habit. If nothing else yesterday’s new moon will have encouraged you to be more adventurous, not only in your career but in your personal affairs too. Time for a change.

SCORPIO (Oct. 24 - Nov. 22):

There will be times today when you are tempted to believe that secret forces are conspiring against you. That is, of course, nonsense and deep down you know it but you must make a conscious effort to be positive in thought, word and deed.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 23 - Dec. 21):

It’s good that you like to be challenged because what happens between now and the weekend will require a swift and strong response if you are to come through unscathed. Stand up for yourself and, if necessary, stand up for other people too.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22 - Jan. 20):

Actions speak louder than words, so if there is something you need to say try to say it with deeds that leave a lasting impression. Also, if you get the chance to make some money today it is unlikely to come without strings attached, so be careful.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 21 - Feb. 19):

Creative activities are under excellent stars at the moment and if you did not start a new project yesterday when the moon was new you should definitely start one today. Stop thinking about it and start the ball rolling. There’s no time like the present.

PISCES (Feb. 20 - Mar. 20):

No matter what happens today, and no matter how unsettling it may be, you must not take it too seriously. Not everything that occurs in your life is designed to challenge you personally, so lighten up and try smiling instead of frowning.
