wine review

Here’s a New World merlot that’s not content merely to be smooth. Classically Chilean, it’s full but not heavy, with minty aromatic lift and underlying fruit flavours of blackberry and plum. The tannins are gently and pleasantly sticky, adding firm support and cellar worthiness. Drink it over the next eight years. Available in Ontario.
