wine review

Made from the grapes of vines aged between 40 and 70 years. Crisp and lean (it’s Muscadet, after all), it shows tart citrus with a hint of salinity, as in a salty lemon peel. The flavours really like to hover around the front of the mouth, and the finish is long for such a light-bodied white. Available in Ontario.
