Very pale yellow in colour, this weighs in at 12.5-per-cent alcohol, which is moderate by Napa Valley standards. But there’s more density than the hue would suggest. Light-medium-bodied, the wine comes across with flavours of melon and lemon and whispers of lanolin and stone. Subtle sauvignon blanc without the grassy edge.
