wine review

Red Bordeaux-style blend. Perfectly tuned ripeness. Notes of cassis, mint, graphite and dark-coffee grounds. Handsomely structured, with support from grainy-dry tannins that evoke classic Bordeaux more than most of its New World kin. Clearly built for the cellar. It could use three more years and might continue to improve for 10, possibly longer. Available direct, culmina.ca.
