Provincial police say a man is facing charges after he allegedly offered a group of girls money to get into his car in Angus, Ont.
Investigators say the young girls were playing in a public park when they were approached by a stranger in a dirty black Chevrolet sedan with a loud muffler.
They say the man asked the girls to come with him, but they declined and told a parent, who called police.
Police say a few minutes later, that parent saw the man come back and approach another group of young girls, so she called police again.
Officers arrived at the scene and arrested the man.
A 31-year-old from Clearview Township, Ont., has been charged with two counts of criminal harassment.
