The stage was set for a stellar performance as lawyers for shopping centre owner and developer Ivanhoé Cambridge and Cirque du Soleil negotiated their first agreement for a new retail concept: CREACTIVE family entertainment centre at Vaughan Mills mall in suburban Toronto.
This innovative deal in the retail space was formed in part through a shared connection with the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec.
